IIT Delhi Recruitment 2014 – CMO/ Head, Executive Engineers, JE & Other Posts: Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi has released notification for recruitment of the Chief Medical Officer/ Head, Institute Engineer, Executive Engineer (Electrical, Civil) and other vacancies. 1. Chief Medical Officer/ Head: 01 post
2. Institute Engineer: 01 post
3. Executive Engineer (Electrical): 01 post
4. Executive Engineer (Civil): 01 post
5. Security Officer: 01 post
6. Junior Engineer (Civil): 01 post

Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit is 32 years for Post No.6. Maximum age limit of applicants should not be more than 56 years as on closing date of receipt of applications. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess MD or MS Degree in a clinical discipline with an outstanding educational background for Post No.1, Bachelor’s Degree in the appropriate branch of Engineering/ Technology or equivalent for Post No.2, Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with first division for Post No.3, Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with first division for Post No.4, Graduate with 15 years relevant experience for Post No.5 and Degree in Civil Engineering for Post No.6.

Application Fee: Candidates have to pay the DD/ IPO of Rs.100/- for Post No. 1 to5 and Rs.50/- for Post No.6, in favour of Registrar, IIT Delhi payable at New Delhi. No DD/ IPO for SC/ ST posts.

Application Form: Candidates can obtain the application form from the Recruitment Cell either in person or by sending a self addressed stamped (Rs.10/-) envelope of 28X12 cms and outer cover of request should be superscribedwith ” Request for Application Form-Advertisement No.E-II/03/2014 (E)” should reach to IIT Delhi atleast 10 days before the last date of receipt of application forms. The applicatin form can also be downloaded from the website of IIT Delhi (www.iitd.ac.in).

Selection Procedure: Candidates are selected based on their performance in written test/ practical test/ presentation and interview.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send their applications in the prescribed format along with attested copies of relevant certificates (both experience and education) and application fee and latest passport size photograph, to Superintendent (Recruitment Cell, Room No.MZ-113), IIT Delhi, HauzKhas, New Delhi-110016 on or before 27-07-2014.

Last Date for Submission of Applications: 27-07-2014.
